Can you hold a place before I apply?
We can only hold a property for lease when an application has been approved and non-refundable security deposit has been paid in advance. Normally, we require a lease to be signed within 24-48 hours of accepting an application.
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
First month’s rent and security deposit are paid when the lease is signed. Payment must be made with secure funds (bank check, cashiers check, etc).
Is the security deposit refundable?
Security deposits are refundable once an application has been received under the following conditions. The tenant has fulfilled the terms of the lease; not damaged the property beyond normal wear and tear; AND all other financial obligations have been paid (including delinquent rent or late fees).
Who needs a cosigner?
A co-signer may be required when a prospective tenant fails to qualify on their own due to income shortfall or employment stability.
You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?
Complete the application form in full and pay/submit the appropriate application fee. Applications will not be considered as “received” until the application and payment are in our office.
How do I pay rent?
After the first month, rent can be paid online or by personal check, cashiers check or money order. Cash is not accepted.
